Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on April 1, 2022 found that Aveanna Healthcare had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey conducted on January 24, 2022.
